Simply Delish Ganja Mac ‘n’ Cheese
Make this simple and old school Mac ‘n’ Cheese recipe with gluten-free noodles for a homemade savory treat.
This classic recipe features mac ‘n’ cheese made with two tablespoons of BYOB – 50 mg of THC cannabis extract in coconut oil. If you divide the mac into six equally sized servings, each serving will contain just about 8.3 mg of THC.
1 eight-ounce package macaroni noodles
2 tablespoons (or ½ bottle) BYOB extract
1¼ cups cubed sharp cheese
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, beaten
3 cups milk
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Prepare the macaroni noodles as directed on the package.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni with two tablespoons of BYOB, cubed cheese and salt.
Turn the macaroni mixture into a greased 1½ quart (large) baking dish.
Blend the eggs and milk together.
Pour the milk and egg mixture over the macaroni and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake 40-50 minutes.
When cool, divide macaroni into six equal portions.
Enjoy hot out of the oven or store in airtight containers to enjoy later.
Wash mixing bowl, baking dish and utensils, then wipe with alcohol to remove any residual BYOB extract.
